ROLE SUMMARY:
The SVP, Strategic Services, is responsible for the development and implementation of digital strategies geared towards maximizing client digital investments. This role collaborates closely with Primacy Creative, Experience, Performance Marketing and Development teams to deliver industry-leading work that enhances enterprise value for Fortune 500 companies, Ivy League institutions, and other ambitious brands.

This role requires a unique balance of business acumen and operational execution. You’ll engage in C-Level conversations, solution ideas and bring the right digital experts to the table with a relentless focus on results. You’ll lead converting strategies to actionable roadmaps and project implementation to ensure scope, timelines, and financial targets are met. Your key transformative duty is to evolve and implement a digital strategy framework that maximizes ROI, enhances service quality, and drives industry leading client retention rates.  The ideal candidate is an experienced project manager who has transitioned into more strategic business roles across B2B/B2C sectors, with expertise in manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, and/or education industries.

SPAN OF CONTROL: Account and Project Management team

REPORTS TO: President & CEO

Responsibilities:
  • Evolve Primacy’s digital strategy methodology, ensuring alignment with business objectives through performance frameworks like OKR or Balanced Scorecard
  • Lead and mentor team on effective client and prospect solution sessions and bringing the right Primacy experts to the table: Creative, Experience, Performance Management and Technology leads. Ability to convert strategies to implementation roadmaps. 
  • Build on our success and grow client relationships.
  • Lead and mentor Project Managers on project plans and approaches like Agile or Waterfall with a focus on productivity, timelines and gross margins.
  • Oversee sales pipeline and presales efforts to convert prospects into long-term clients
  • Oversee the execution of legal documents, including SOWs, contracts, pricing models, and change orders.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
Qualifications:
  1. 12-15 years of experience or leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a VP or mid-manager-level capacity. MBA preferred but not required
  2. Experience with performance models like OKR, Balanced Scorecard and/or other models that align efforts to improving outcomes.
  3. Experience in Project Management and leading a team of PMs 
  4. Strong business acumen to assess client challenges, competitive landscapes, and key performance indicators, enabling the development of effective strategies, solutions, and implementation roadmaps.
  5. Capable of engaging C-level audiences with clear, concise, and actionable language while identifying and leveraging critical data.
  6. Proven track record of growing client accounts, driving revenue, and building successful client relationships in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  7. Highly organized, methodical and structured thinking aligned to outcomes in the most productive manner
  8. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop top talent
  9. Self-starter with a growth mindset who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional standing, walking, or lifting of office supplies (up to 10–20 lbs.)
  • Frequent communication via phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment with standard lighting and noise levels.
  • Position may require occasional travel to client site

Compensation Range: We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. The compensation range for this position is $175,000 to $220,000 annually, with potential for bonuses, stock and additional benefits.
