Join a Team That Actually Enjoys Working Together We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our close-knit team of paid media experts. You'll have the freedom to make recommendations, test new ideas, and own your accounts—we hire talented marketers, trust them to do great work, and give them the autonomy to make an impact. What You’ll Be Doing
Build, launch, and manage full-funnel digital media campaigns across search, programmatic, and paid social
Own day-to-day optimizations and budget pacing
Write clear, thoughtful campaign insights to explain the “why” behind performance
Deliver strategic recommendations rooted in data to drive performance against KPIs
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals
This is not a “set it and forget it” role. We’re looking for someone who treats campaigns like their own business and is constantly thinking about how to improve them.

Ability to independently manage workload and meet deadlines
Solutions-oriented— you approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with programmatic advertising (Trade Desk experience a plus!)
Hands-on experience in LinkedIn Ads
Experience in higher education and/or healthcare marketing
Experience mentoring junior team members
Who You Are
A down-to-earth team player who is easy to work with and open to feedback
A critical thinker who asks smart questions and uses common sense
Proactive— you take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do next
Demonstrates strong personal ownership and accountability
You’ve got a solid sense of humor—you like to have fun while doing great work
You genuinely care about doing good work and supporting the people around you
Our People We’re a close-knit team that supports one another, cheers each other on, and never leaves anyone hanging. We succeed by helping you succeed—and we take that seriously.
