We are seeking a leader to help evolve the next generation of open-source Drupal and Amazon AWS B2B Martech cloud solutions. You will lead the execution of product strategy and roadmap while driving the next phase of product innovation. As a key member of the leadership team, you will provide critical input on business operations and strategy, spanning sales, marketing, finance, and IT, to support the company’s growth and scalability plans.
Your primary transformational responsibility will be to establish and operationalize product management, design, and support functions to enhance market positioning, improve client satisfaction and experience, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Define product strategy and prioritize the product roadmap, informed by competitive research and market analysis, to support rapid growth.
  • Lead customer support, training, and UX/UI teams.
  • Improve client retention by evolving the product support model, documentation, and service.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align product initiatives with business goals.
  • Oversee product team P&L responsibility.
  • Develop a Client Advisory Board to gather product feedback and set roadmap priorities.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
Qualifications:
  1. 5+ years of commercial-grade SaaS B2B product management experience.
  2. A deep understanding of AWS cloud and Drupal technologies (experience with Acquia is a plus).
  3. Proven experience in leading product teams and driving product roadmaps to retain clients and grow market share.
  4. Expertise in customer support models, ticket and issue tracking, and technical product documentation.
  5. An understanding of and experience within AI
  6. A customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance technical and business needs.
  7. Experience with Agile development and product lifecycle management.
  8. Skilled in competitive and market analysis research.

Physical DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasional standing, walking, or lifting of office supplies (up to 10–20 lbs.)
  • Frequent communication via phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment with standard lighting and noise levels.
  • Position may require occasional travel to client site
Compensation Range: We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. The compensation range for this position is $120,000-130,000, with potential for bonuses, stock and additional benefits.
